I wish I can give it a negative 0 if it were available. Our server McKenna, I thought she was mute. She sat my husband and I down at a table. No silverware, no napkins etc. My husband asked for a menu, she just pointed to the barcode on the table. Eventually she took our order which was simply hot wings with fries and lemonade for hubby and cranberry juice for me. McKenna came back with a small glass half full mind you of cranberry juice. Glass all wet on the outside, I mean 3 sips and it's all done. Then my husband's lemonade looks like dishwater. Lot's of foam on top. Looks like someone spat in it. Needless to say he didn't drink it. I don't call the race card and I haven't had an experience like this in this capacity in my entire life. Mostly Latino crowd and the vibe was definitely discrimination. Meanwhile, I observed the other servers laughing it up, having conversations and being really attentive to other patrons. From the moment I stepped in that place I did not get a warm and fuzzy and we should of left but decided to give that place a chance which we truly regret. Never judge a book by it's cover because you never know who you are serving. I suggest to the management you fix this undertone racist behavior with your employees because management sets the tone for the environment. McKenna missed out on a very good tip. I travel a lot and Needless to say Amarillo is one place I will pass on. Get it together!!!!!!

Armando, the manager on duty was extremely rude when attempting to place a to go order over the phone. He told me my only option was over the app. I will contact corporate to further express my feelings after interacting with him. Also note that I will no longer be bringing my luncheons to this location. We will travel south to Lubbock for better hospitality.

Come in pretty regular and always get the best service. D.D./Aiden/lani are always personal and do an awesome job of taking care of us. Our favorites girls for sure.

Was here last night with some friends and our server Sierra was amazing AND beautiful!! She had our food out promptly and got everything right. Amazing service!!
