We go to Uncorked about once a week. Always enjoy our time there. Tonight there was a band there and they were really good and we tipped them $10 for general purposes and then tipped them another 5 to play a song. Waited 10 songs and they still never played Our Song. Seems a bit ungrateful
Food was very good. Service was also good, very pleasant and attentive waitress (Yvonne), thank you! I don’t drink so I can’t comment on the wine and beer that they clearly specialize in. The only negative is that I found the place a little too loud. They should’ve have used some form of sound absorbing material on the ceiling when they built the place. Loud chatter and music tend to echo and reverberate - hard to carry on a conversation at your own table!
Overall, I enjoy this restaurant and the food and service have always been good. However, this most recent menu choice was a no-no. Wanted to grab some wings to throw in the frig for the next day's lunch. The wings are listed as a dry rub but I beg to differ. While they give you plenty of wings for the order (good), they were flavorless (bad).
