The drive-thru worker didn’t greet me and didn’t even ask whether I wanted a combo. When I requested one, she responded with attitude and came across as rude. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location or paying for service like that again.

Always a bad experience, went with my daughter a few weeks ago and they acted very rude and impatient when she tried to order by herself. The place was empty and we were the only people in line, so there’s no reason to be rude to a 5 year old.

Ordered pick up order, husband went to pick it up and sat there waiting on it, while he watched the staff stand around and talk. My husband waited so long that he had to go back to work, so we asked to cancel the order, but have not received any kind of cancellation or refund. Store will also not answer phone. Save your money and get mediocre food somewhere else.

This place is usually been pretty good. Yesterday I went and got me the baconator combo but instead they gave a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I called and told them, and they told me I could come back today and they would get me the baconator well, I did not get the baconator again they gave me a different burger again very disappointed.

My family and I went here and the lady who we believe was the manager was so disrespectful. Not even just to customers, she was rude to a employee of hers who was trying to figure out how much change we needed back, and she said it's pennies whatever. My mom said to the young man who was still trying to find the money that it didn't matter at this point. We also watched the lady glare at a older man who came in asking for coffee and she told him they had no coffee. Which was a lie. She literally watched us eat glaring like we attacked her or something. People need to be more respectful. The lady in the picture walking is the lady.
