I wanted to take the time to recognize the Wendy's on Ross and Osage and the outstanding manager JB that made sure our order was fixed to the best of his ability! He was very accommodating and respectful manager we've ever had to deal with!

This Wendy's was recently torn down and rebuilt. It is better than better, of course, clean, shiny, and brand new. The food is delicious and fresh. We go there at least once a week. My only complaint is the management team needs more training. It takes a while for anyone to acknowledge you and the managers and supervisors will look at you and continue what they're doing. I know they need to keep the food cooking but they won't even ask other employees to help. I...

The staff is very attentive and the food is of a high quality. I appreciated the quiet and relaxed atmosphere and would recommend it for a quiet lunch stop. P.S. The drive-thru can get busy at this hour.
