Usually I will skip Wendy's, but we were traveling and this one was the best I've been to. The food was so good and it was super clean. The staff was very friendly as well.

The fries we actually got were stale, hard and cold. Also gave my husband half of our order...maybe if you didn't forget to hand over 3 orders of nuggets and 4 orders of fries I could have overlooked leaving out my kids frosties...

Drive thru staff needs to improve costumer service skills. They make me unattended meanwhile they’re taking care of the people that come after me on the other line. And they make me wait even more time to get a chicken sandwich ready. Around 5:03-5:13 on Jun 28 if the manager wants to verify who was working on this shift.
This place is in desperate need of new management. The manager was very rude and interrupted every chance he had. No help what so ever. The DR pepper had no ice and was warm and flat. We asked the guy who bought out the food if they remembered the ghost pepper ranch, he was polite and said yes it was in there. It wasn't. The stuff is free so what's the problem? The jr. Bacon cheese burger had no bacon. The Cajun chicken sandwich was chicken, American cheese and mayonnaise and bread. Taco Bell down the street would've done better. Very frustrating.
