I had a Dave's Single, and it looked like it had zero lettuce, it literally had 3 tiny shreds of lettuce on it. I know it was a free promo, but it shouldn't matter. Free items should still be made to standard, the companies that collaborate with Wendy's to do the promotions expect for their customers to have their order made correctly.

I got a drive through order at 9pm, had to sit and wait for anyone to speak over the intercom. Nobody chimed in. So I drove around the building and see 4 workers just standing around in the back. I go back around and someone finally answered. They take my order, I pay, food comes out. They forgot the frosty, the honey mustered, and when we get home I see that my Dave’s Double is a single. Safe to say we won’t be returning to this location soon.

Got asked 3 times about my order I was yelling at drive through. Then was asked to pull forward, why there was no one in the line at all but us (I can see why) only to have our food brought out 15 seconds later. Before we pulled forward we tried to ask for ketchup only to have the window slammed shut mid sentence on us. All of this and attitude from the employees just to get our order completely wrong. It was right on the receipt. Just sad. Clearly yall don’t like your job so leave. Should just fire them all and start over this crew isn’t worth the energy or effort to train clearly.

Holy cow this is terrible and my expectations were already pretty low. Why do i crave chicken on Sundays?! Had to be held over from lunch rush. It’s 8pm
No food was cooking. No one on the grill. Drive thru an hour wait. Staff standing around. Dirty inside the store. My entire order was incorrect. I went inside to have it remade the manager refused to remake the order told me to leave I refused until I had a refund. Worst service. Never go on a weekend because it’s this 4 weeks in a row. Horrible wait time improperly prepared food. During the week when GM is there it’s clean, food is cooking and no one is idle. Inside of store was filthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The employees looked miserable!!!

The hiring manager really has everything figured out here. Every time I visit, breakfast or lunch, I always feel welcomed. Everyone is helpful and kind. The restaurant including the bathrooms are never dirty. A 5 star dining experience, thanks Wendy's!
