I ordered on the app and showed up 25 min later to pick it up. All the lights (interior, exterior, signage) were turned off. The staff member answered the drive thru window with a blanket wrapped around her body. It took me waiting another 15 min for them to get my food to me.

Waited about 10 min for two orders, and the girl at the cash register was confused by a simple substitution. BUT Devontae was clearly doing EVERYTHING behind that counter. I’m pretty sure this place would burn to the ground if he left. Heck I’m pretty sure this place would burn to the ground if he had to take a crap on the job. give Devontae a raise and a high-five

Bad service, made me pull up and took 20mins for my food. Then they forgot my coffee took another 10mins I had to pull back around. Still wasn't ready. I get home My biscuits and gravy were salty not enough gravy.

Stopped there yesterday afternoon to grab a bite. There were 3 different employees that saw me waiting at the counter to place my order not one of them said anything. One came from behind the food prep station looked at me and went to the back. Another was drinking her drink while prepping food, acted like she didn't see me and turned around. The one working drive through saw me and turned around as well. I stood there and waited a few minutes and left and left. I understand if they are busy they can at least say hello, we will be with you shortly. Say something don't just ignore the customer. The customer service they have is extremely bad. Customers should not be treated like that.

I’m not sure when or why they are giving us free small frosty but we thank you so much! We are senior citizens and appreciate the little things that help us enjoy life!
My mother went to place an order for our family and we had all looked up the menu online. The people had no clue how to ring in the order even though the items clearly exist in the menu. The. One of the employees spilled a drink so a large area in front of the counter was wet. The employee kicked the ice out of the way and had zero concern for the wet floor in addition to bringing rude when my mother pointed out it was still wet. As my mother was leaving one of the employees told her to “get out of here and never come back.”

Update: I was able to contact them and the issue was resolved quickly.Came through the drive-thru and ordered a Baconator combo but swapped the regular fries with baconator fries and removed mayo from my burger. Was told to pull up and wait since they were waiting on fries. Waited for around 10 minutes with a car in front and behind me, also waiting for their food.I saw a man not in uniform (perhaps the manager) deliver the food to the car in front of me. After I pulled up to wait further, I saw the same person inside chatting with another person and not helping deliver food or making food for customers.After I received my food, I drove off and soon realized I did not receive my drink. After returning home, I found that my burger still had mayo on it.Update: The burger was not even a baconator. It is a double cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, and onions. This was not even what I ordered.
