Took too long for online order, I generally expected to be ready when I get there. But we didn't have to wait a long long time, and the food was what you'd expect from Wendy's which is pretty good. Okay

The restaurant has been rebuilt, and it looks awesome. However the music was so loud that you can hear the person talking but you can’t really understand it if that makes sense. The crew is very subpar. I have stopped going to this location because the orders are consistently wrong. I gave them 3 chances on different occasions. Still seem to not get it right. They really need better leadership here. The food has been subpar. I ordered a salad with spicy chicken. The salad was wilting and the chicken looked like it was cooked with very old oil. Likely has not been filtered or changed for weeks. When I was in my teens it was filtered daily and changed weekly. Get it together.

Manager gave someone else my customers order made a big fuss about remaking the order even tho I barely arrived at the store, threw a fit about remaking a large sprite and disrespects the manager horrible service horrible attitudes and no respect dirty and slow I wouldn’t recommend coming here after this experience everyone don’t like to work but do your job it’s not hard to just do your job don’t want to work maybe don’t work somewhere you don’t want to work. Makes the company look bad.

Been twice and both times my order was incorrect. They don’t have a self service soda machine inside like other Wendy’s do. Had to wait a long time for order pickup. Don’t bother ordering online and picking up at drive thru. They’re not trained to read orders correctly. Won’t be returning to this Wendy’s!

Great food. Great service. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Staff was busy with customers. The manager came out and cleaned tables and sweeped the floor. What an example of strong leadership. We had just walked out of Braum's after waiting 5 minutes and no service and place was filthy. What a refreshing place Wendy's was. Thank you much.

I go in to get food. Place my order, pay, then am told their drinks are out. Why sell drinks if you don't have a working machine to serve them? Then, I get to enjoy my experience further by wiping down my own damn table! Four kitchen staff, two of which were doing... Well, I'm not really sure WHAT they were doing, but it sure as hell wasn't kitchen duty (unless they've made an app to cook food, which legitimately would not surprise me). Not a single person can wipe down the tables? Or clean up the floors? Oh, and I get asked a minimum of three times, "Is this for here or to go?" and "What sauce did you want with that again?". I'd have some leniency on that part except this is the fourth time we've been here (because it's walking distance from the laundromat next door) and the experience hasn't changed. Wendy's corporate, either close this location like y'all were considering during the remodel or invest more in workers that give the slightest bit of care toward a job that's paying them money. I'm all for "act your wage", but this is ridiculous. Do better.

P.S. The redesign of copying what everyone else is doing isn't really cool, a retro theme (like this location used to have) would suit this area way better.

The morning shift does pretty well the shift at night is not very helpful or nice like they're mad you're getting food from them

Ordered through the drive through, 4 piece nugget kid meal, son of a baconator meal, a 6 piece spicy nuggets, & a small vanilla frosty. We were told to pull up because they were waiting on fresh fries to cook, so we waited about 5 minutes. The fries were cold and not fresh at all. The burger was old, patties hard and cheese hard. They also did not put any dipping sauces we asked for in our bag.

Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and small fries. This was at NOON. Got home and unwrapped the cheeseburger, which was dry and cold - cheese wasn't even melted. This burger looked like it was leftover from yesterday. Fries were so salty as to be almost inedible. I was able to clean most of the salt off with a paper towel. The cheeseburger went in the garbage.
