The systems were down and I had to pay cash. Elisha was phenomenal!!! She had the best attitude given the circumstances and definitely made me want to return just to see her. She handles pressure very well and was so kind. Keep up the great work Elisha!!

Prices you pay are more than what is shown on the menu board and kiosk. Really? We are raising prices soooo fast that we just can't keep up with honestly letting cusomers know what things cost? Well, that is not a good recipe

On a road trip with my sister coming from California and they have us wait for greasy fries but nothing was fresh old nuggets fries and the cheese on the burgers where cold and the meal was heart breaking I usually love Wendy’s

Nathan I spoke to her said I have to call next day to get my order corrected they gave me no receipt the phone was totally wrong when I looked in the bag I was already on the other side of town.

Absolutely worse Wendy's I've ever been too Everyone working the 12am shifts are always horsing around. Not making food and extremely rude. No good customer service at all. Manager wasn't doing anything to make sure staff was on top of orders and customers. Need to fire the night managers

The Wendy's in our town is not consistent, so we hoped our road trip would find a good one. Nope. This one was the worst we have ever been to. Burger patties and fries were all bland and stale, soda machines were spitting out some funky ick. Probably will not be visiting a Wendy's in the foreseeable future.

Came in here to eat last night, ordered chicken nuggets and a baked potato. Watch The Man Make my baked potato with cheese and bacon. As he turns around, the potato touched another employees back, the man kept making the potato until I said Hey, I don't want that because it touched A person's shirt You could see the cheese clearly on the man's shirt. And another employee wiping it off and saying, you got cheese on your back, and I got a disgusting look like, well, you don't want this. No I don't want that. I told them to make me a new one won't be eating here again.

Ordered a Dave’s double classic with cheese. Took absolutely forever. The kid making the food was coughing and everything he did was slow as a snail. He would literally sit there and look at the condiments for what seemed like an eternity before he had pick a bottle up and put it on the sandwich

I have never been so disappointed by the service at a restaurant. This is the second time I've had issues here. I gave them a second chance, and they completely wasted it. If you're planning to visit, do not use the mobile app—it will cause all sorts of problems and leave you waiting in front of the drive-thru to talk to someone.
I ordered the same thing I usually get for my family of five: two biggie bags for me and my husband and three kids' meals. After I paid the $24, they claimed that I still owed them $18, saying the total was $42 and some change. How can something that usually costs around $25 suddenly add up to $42?
During my last visit, they mistakenly gave me three kids' drinks and tried to send me on my way. I pointed out that my receipt clearly showed I paid over $20, and I wondered how three kids' drinks could cost that much. The staff was very rude about it.
