Just went in to grab dinner, I ordered while manager is mopping the lobby floor. My order popped up on the screen. She then pushes the mop behind the counter next to the table where they make the food. Leans the mop handle on the table then grabs gloves to make my food. So I asked her to wash her hands before she made my food. She then walks to the back and makes a smart comment on her headset to her employees who are working with her they laugh. The young man washed his hands and made my food, which I was cool with. The rude nasty manager then walks to the counter and tells I don’t have to watch them make my food. Clearly I do since you as the manager thinks it’s sanitary to mop then jump right on the table to make someone’s food. I told her I didn’t have a problem with the young man making my order my issue was with her. She stated she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with people like me. Well it’s not my fault you chose the profession or lifestyle but you are the manager on duty. You should definitely conduct yourself as so. Then she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have to serve me, your right but you did because you were wrong and didn’t expect me to say anything about you not washing your hands. She should definitely be ashamed of herself because that’s just nasty. Then I asked for my money back, yet you didn’t want to give it back.

Megan one of the workers that runs the register there inside the toot n totun needs to be let go she didn't know what the 4 for 4 was I had to get the manager then she had to get an attitude today with my sister snatching money out her hand I mean come on who does that I had to walk away this is more then once we had this problem!!!!!

My kids liked their food! I wanted to say I got double charged by their kiosk and they returned my money with no issue. The managers were very nice and professional.

Nice roomy area in the lobby of the Toot Totum. Had a mixup with the kiosk machine to order the food & didn’t seem like the counter person was going to fix it but the manager stepped in & fixed it.

Wendy’s has good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Staff is friendly, orders come out fast.
Never got my food because, "It slipped my mind"? Was told to pull ahead and wait, I waited 15 minutes, no food! Went back to window and was told 'it slipped my mind'. No refund, no apology.
Food was barely warm and just thrown together like they had to go do something more important. The manager should be looked into. Doesn't seem like he cares if his workers provide quality

Ordered taco salad didn't know we had to put it together. Has I known that I wouldn't have ordered taco salad. Ware they to lazy to make it or too stupid to put it together.

It took forever to make the sandwich. People after me got their full orders. Got the fish sandwich and asked for extra tarter sauce. Barely any on it and more panko than fish to me. I'll stick with the McDonald's filet-o-fish
