They took forever to take our order and while I was taking our order there was an employee with glasses screaming being disrespectful through the speaker. The employees there where really really disrespectful and rude.

We placed an order in the drive through. It was incorrect so we went in to get it corrected. The food was practically thrown at us after it was remade! Wow! The lady making the food was yelling that it wasn’t her fault so loud everyone could hear it but it was correct on the receipt.

Order the taco salad . Got home the sour cream was 5 days out of date and the chips were 5 weeks old , that smell was horrible when I crushed the chips up to put on my salad wish i seen the date before that . Ruined my dinner. Called up there and the lady said oh well ok you want more chips . No ma'am I want a whole new meal. She says , sorry we can't do that . Never again .

We have had problems with this manager at the toot-n -totum wendys on I-40. That manager is nasty and she should not be a manager!!!!! I will not be going to any location she works at EVER!!!

The best Wendy’s on the SW side of town!! When they say, “Breakfast Done Right “ they mean it!! Their English muffin deal is not only delicious but it’s only $3 for the sandwich and potato wedges. The service was fast, friendly and with a smile. We will definitely be back and thank you for a fantastic experience !

It would nice when you call in a order for 20 double bacon cheese burgers and twenty medium fries to feed twenty employees and when you get there and no order was made check the phone number and it was the right phone number it was the one at Hollywood Road & bell in Amarillo TX The order was from Ron Hoover Rvs and Marine

Every time I go they get some part of my order wrong, and it's simple stuff like wanting my burger dry(which means no sauce, obviously). Anytime I do they give me a plain burger. The owners need to train their staff on the very basics of fast food like, the difference between plain and dry. Just go to the whataburger across the street, they have better food and service.
