Good steak and service was good. Seems to be more of a music hall than a restaurant. Overall ok, but probably better options
I was there with a large group of women for a club meeting, I let the manager and server know about our club at the beginning. Our server just really didn't seem interested in making sure we were having a good time at all and because we were a large group he received 20%. We also had to run him down serval times to order drinks and one of the summer special drinks was no longer available after we ordered a total of 3 or 4 of them.
Great date night, our waitress was attentive and made some wonderful suggestions. The candied jalapeño margarita is probably the best I've ever had, the steak and sides were great and the live music created the perfect atmosphere.
Very poor communication between kitchen/bar/servers. Ordered A drink with beef jerky rim, and when the drink was delivered without it, I asked the server if the bartender forgot it, and when she went and checked, the bartender said they no longer do the beef jerky rim, but the drink was still very costly. Our reservations were for 7 o'clock, so it wasn't extremely late when we finished our meal. When ordering dessert we got the full menu, but the first two desserts we picked were not being served that night. Also, the food was not very hot. The meat was the appropriate temperature, but the rest of the entrée was barely warm. The atmosphere overall was very nice and Despite being very pricey, we will possibly give this place one more try.
We dined here for Mother's Day. When we arrived the music was really good but loud. The catfish breaded in blue cornmeal was outstanding, cooked just right. The service was good as well. Overall we all had a good experience.
We went for Mother's Day brunch, I wanted to take my mom somewhere nice. My mom and I both got the “pecan frenched toast” for $16 per plate. We were both fairly disappointed when 2 mushy slices of bread showed up. The flavor was okay, but not something I'd reorder based on price and texture alone. My mom had also gotten a side of bacon (2 slices) and I got a side of sausage (1 greasy patty) for $4 each. My husband had order the “chuckwagon breakfast” and one side pancake. The waitress said she thought they could do that. When his food came out, there were 3 pancakes. He asked our waitress to clarify and she said “well the kitchen said we don't do sides of pancakes”. His response was “well am I going to have to pay the $13 for these then? Could that not have been mentioned?” Her response was “well do you want them or not?”. Then our waters and coffees sat empty for the majority of our visit. Overall, not a place I plan on revisiting. Overpriced, disappointing service, and not a great quality of food.
Some background info, We dined on a Thursday night at 9 pm and there were only a couple of tables seated and no live music. The atmosphere was nice. Music and noise was at a good level for conversation. Our waitress was pleasant. Steaks were great! Loaded baked potato and Brussels sprouts were not so good, but the fries were delicious! It is a little expensive, but it'd definitely go there again.
We had a wonderful evening and wonderful food. Our server was Makayla and she did an outstanding job! We will definitely be back!!
We had our last birthday gathering here after last night. The wait staff was amazing but management was a joke. When making the reservation Maxine was being really rude and finding what ever excuse to not let us reserve to which I stated a few times if it’s a problem we can reserve elsewhere. I didn’t speak to her directly but she was passing the information to another employee while on the phone. When I was asked if we we’re meeting the $2,000 minimum (to which we have never been asked) I stated I don’t promise that since I wasn’t sure what our party was ordering and we had children. She agreed to let us reserve. Then comes Saturday and I get pulled aside by two other mangers to ask about the $2,000 minimum. Our party in total spend close to $1,300. I explained to them that this was relayed to Maxine when making the reservation and they were nice about it. The problem with me was getting pulled aside as it was very humiliating. The area we were sat was Not private at all also
brought my son here last year for spring break we decided to to try the Tomahawk steak. It’s was so good. We decided to make it a tradition. Came back this year the service was not great. Our waitress did make a comment on her own that our food was taking to long and she would let her boss know(I did appreciate her noticing that on her own) when our steak came we started on one end was ok good med rare as ordered but not as tender as before. Once my son cut into the tip he said part is really rare. I offered to eat that portion as I’m ok with rare.but when he passed it to me it was less then rare and even I couldn’t eat it. We then cut the rest of the steak way more than half of it was bloody and we couldn’t eat it. WW told our server then waited 20 minutes for the manager to offer to put our $125.00 cut apart steak back on the grill, I sad I think we are done. Waited another long time and they offered to take half off. When I said that’s not good we ate way less then half of it no other offer was made by this time I was so irritated I just paid the bill but will never be back! I understand things go wrong and restaurants have off nights but when it happens take care of the customer or you’ll lose customers like you lost us.

Our appetizer wasn't delivered, salads weren't delivered, drinks were never refilled. One member of our party ordered fished and it was so undercooked it was gooey.
The steak bit appetizers and the potato skins were amazing. The wait staff were very generous.
Excellent food. Well trained staff. Live band was really great but volume was a bit too high. Was a good date for my wife and I.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. When I’m back in Amarillo l will definitely go back.
Everything was great the ambience is cool. The service was a little slow but it was new years eve.
