Poor kids working there need more help. They were slammed and 1 person at register tending to counter and tables. They were doing the best they could. But management needs to ensure they have help. Come on Whataburger...you are better than this. Had this been my first time I would have been disappointed at the service but I've been to plenty to know the quality.

Went to buy 2 burgers and 2 at 8:00 pm this evening at I-40 and Grand St. and they're the best tasting burgers and fries everything is perfect thanks the manager and staff the people making the burgers keep up the good work thank you

We are a frequent Whataburger family. These last few months, this has easily turned into the best location in Amarillo. Whoever made our burgers today deserves a bonus. Thank you!
More like whatamidburger, drove like 5 hours to get a burger and it was so flavorless I barely finished it, the water made drink taste funny, bad burger. The fries were good but that's literally it.

Went through the drive thru and was not given the dressing for my salad, no napkins, or a dang fork to even be able to eat the salad. I had ordered a burger meal as well so I ended up only being able to eat that since I didn't need utensils for it. Needless to say the salad was a waste and I was not going to drive back to obtain the missing items. The young guy at the drive thru window was very respectful but I'm not sure who's responsible for quality checks before a customer received their food. The salad was very skimpy as well. Needless to say I'm never going back to Whataburger again as this has happened at other locations in the past. I'm extremely tired of the very poor quality these places are putting out. I wish the workers who keep doing this experience the same type of service. No utensils or napkins when they go out to eat. They should have to wipe their hands on their clothes.

We went through the drive-thru. With only two vehicles in front of us it's still took 15 minutes to get to the window. So respects extremely slow. It's a good thing we checked our order before we left the window because there was an item that was ordered and paid for but was not included. It took them another 5 minutes just to get that part of the order. We were not impressed with the service. Food however was good.

Very bad service, very slow, 45 minutes waiting for a cold hamburger and cold fries, just playing, the kids are messing around here
I've never had a bad experience at this Whataburger. Food usually comes out fast and is exactly how I ordered it. I hope they keep it up!
