Made a $28.99 mobile order for pick up.10 mins after it was supposed to be ready another customer came in with a bag of food saying it wasn't there's. It was mine. The employees took the bag of food turned and handed it to me... That was so disgusting.. I'm never coming here again. I don't want food other people touched and returned....
The burgers were alright. The fries were good. The shakes were too thick. The fancy ketchup is good and not full of nasty high fructose corn syrup. The service was great. The staff were helpful and funny. The booths need to be wiped down a little more.

Whataburger doesn't exist on the east coast where we live. So we wanted to try breakfast there, and it didn't disappoint. The sausage gravy and biscuit sandwiches were good.What really stood out was the service. A fella who I can only assume was the manager identified us as out-of-towners and started a pleasant conversation. He offered lots of great advice about what to do in Amarillo.
