Whats up with this place? Been trapped in line for nearly an hour now, only to bail once it was our turn to pay. I wasn't going to wait another minute and give this place my money only for my order to potentially be wrong. Management needs to figure it the hell out.

5th time in a row of eating here I got burgers with no cheese if I order it plain and dry there's no cheese, if I order a regular burger with no changes there's no cheese, always no cheese on burgers, and still charge me a dollar for it!

Honestly, they don't care about their customers. I waited 20 minutes for two simple burgers, and of that time, 10 minutes at the drive-thru window because the manager was counting money, with our burgers ready right next to her, and she didn't even bother to give us our order. There were more people working who could have made the wait shorter, but 20 minutes for two burgers, really?! Without any customers in the lobby.
Love What a burger, we were introduced to it in south Texas. A few years back. But moved to South Carolina, and it's not there. My son and I are on a road trip and knew this was a must-stop while in Texas. The burgers are great, and the chicken is great.

First off Whataburger is the best!! And out of all the Whataburgers in Amarillo the one on Georgia Street is the best in service and quality of food hands down , evening crew or the lunch crew and ever the breakfast crew all preform outstanding and get you what you ask for hot and ready ! I myself have not had a bad experience at this one, keep it up ! 😁
