Ordered door dash from here and it took them an hour and a half to make our order! Our dasher sat there and waited. We tried calling and no one answered the phone for an hour. Whoever is managing the night shift seriously needs to wake up and get it together. You can’t treat paying customers like that. Shame on you

Everytime we come to this whataburger the wait is really long. Today we went around 1pm and the food isn’t fresh, the fries had an old taste to them and my burger had pink in the middle. My son needed to use the bathroom and when we were trying to get the code for the door, the girl at the front was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention to give us the bathroom code.

I can tell that they didn’t wanna be there. That was the atmosphere and they don’t wanna be there. Second gentleman that is working. Fry station has gloves on touching the speaker system also working the speaker system and going to the back and getting drinks. I don’t know if he changed his glove between the drinks, but I hope he did Cause he’s drinking with the gloves on so I’m just making sure that he changed his gloves before he touched my french fries but it doesn’t matter cause all he’s doing is touching the speaker system.

These guys have excellent staff! Customer service was off the chain! Of course, the drive-thru time is ridiculous. Dont know why. I just feel you wait too long in the drive thru at every Whataburger. But the food, being fast, is good and again excellent employees!! Give it a try if ya haven't already!

Stopped in and get a breakfast sandwich address the manager 20 minutes after I placed the order and she couldn’t explain why I hadn’t gotten my breakfast sandwich. Terrible service.

I have been a regular of this whataburger since I moved near by & let me tell you the last past 2-3months the overnight shift has gone completely downhill. I used to get friendly service at the speaker, hot fresh food in a reasonable amount of time depending how late it was & how many ppl are in line but lately the crew members seem like it’s a bother taking your order, then you get to the window and the young lady with glasses (I later found out her name is Daisy because I asked another crew member there) smacked her lips & rolled her eyes at me because I told her my ranch wasn’t in the bag (the ranch that I so happened to pay for!) I told her thank you & she just very rudely slammed the window in my face. then not to mention my order was wrong, I asked for no tomatoes, no onions, both were on there. just so disappointed this used to be my favorite WB. idk what has happened in the last few months but they need to get it together, it has NEVER been this bad. now I skip this Whataburger when I’m driving around hungry

I don't know what has happened to y'all but the service was slow and my Avocado bacon cheeseburger was cold. Hamburger wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. French fries were hot but overcooked. I won't be eating at that Whataburger again.
