Absolutely some of the worst service I’ve ever received. I watched my food. Sit there while A bunch of workers just kept talking for 10 minutes and forgot my food was sitting right there. All they had to do was put the fries in the bag. To complete my order, but they just kept talking and talking

Waited 30 minutes for a $15 Monterey melt meal with onion rings. I was the only person in the lobby. Meanwhile about 15 orders went out the drive through window. I thought the wait would be worth it when hot fresh food came out but I was wrong. My foid was cold. The burger & onion rings tasted like they sat fir over 20 minutes. It was gross. I threw most of it away. I'm not going back to this location.

I ordered a cinnamon roll, waited in line for almost 30 minutes. I finally got it and when I got home ready to eat a warm delicious cinnamon roll it is FROZEN!!! No fork, knife or napkins, no receipt. I called up there to talk to a manager and have now been waiting 10 minutes and 37 seconds and still waiting for manager to get the phone. I hear everyone talking but no one is picking up the phone.

I should have read the reviews for this location before ordering curbside. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went inside but received no assistance. Eventually, someone from the drive-thru area helped me. My food had been sitting there the whole time, but no one took responsibility for it, and there was no manager in sight. Highly disappointing location
