We stopped in for Breakfast for the first time, we were not disappointed at all, everything was very good. Really loved the breakfast potato tots.

Food was normal for a Whataburger. However, with only about 5 orders inside with 2 ahead of me; it took roughly 25 minutes. I went to the counter to ask for an eta, I was given another 5-10 minutes. Ridiculous for two breakfast bowls, which amounts to an egg biscuit with gravy.
This place needs better organization and management. I get it’s not a 5 star restaurant, but geeezzz, they need to get it together.

After a very long wait in the Drive-Thru I expected hot fresh food. However, this was not the case. I don't understand why it wasn't hot after taking so long. They definitely cook for stock, not for order. I got a patty melt without the melt, which tells me the patties weren't hot when they put it together. Also, didn't finish the fries as they tasted like they've been sitting in the warmer for a while, cold and stale. Definitely won't be visiting this location in the near future. Do better....

Burgers were good, my onion rings were undercooked and my husband's were over cooked. He also asked for fries, not onion rings. Front counter employees were too focused on their visitors in the dining room.
Food was great, music was amazing and the service was incredible. 10/10, will definitely be back!

This is the best Whataburger I have ever attended in Amarillo , Great staff . Everyone is so respectful , the environment is very clean & I waited nomore that 8 minutes for my food to be done & when it was it was fresh , hot , steamy & very delicious . I will definitely be coming back ☺️ .
