We had been on the road all day wanted a hot juicy burger and we both love whataburger we went at 830 pm central time and everything was cold and stale idk if it was kids working that had a part to play in that but I won’t recommend going late at night my wife’s crispy chicken was very old. My burger patty was very dry. Fries were very cold. It was the worst experience we had.

You have become by far the slowest in town. Long John silver has 1 store and I can get in and out within 10 minutes. How is that incan sit 45 minutes timed by a watch and still not order my food. Then sit 20 more minutes to get a plain double cheeseburger.

This is the best one in Amarillo largely due to the staff. One employee stands out. J Misty who has always been courteous, polite and helpful. She always has a smile and listen’s to your needs. I recognize her voice immediately at the intercom because she just stands out. You know right away you’re in good hands when Miss Misty takes your order.

Expect to always wait 22-45 minutes here. Chicken tenders are always overcooked and hard. Fries always soft and cold. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and they never staff well apparently because you will never get your food under 20 mins. And 80% of the time, order is missing something.

Ordered 2 burgers a la carte, ordered a burger as a meal..... one of the a la carte burgers was in the bag with the fries that should have been with the burger meal. 🙄
Ordered a Coke and a Dr Pepper.... both drinks taste the same. 😬

They erased fast from fast food. Service is extremely slow. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get a breakfast biscuit or 20 minutes to get a burger. Store is dirty and staff is unfriendly. Would NOT recommend

Whaburger off 335 and Bell Amarillo Texas I ordered a no 7 which is a Whataburger Jr and fries the burger was cold never touched heat the cheese wasn't melted The fries weren't very fresh This was not at a rush time it was 1:30pm on a Tuesday Very dissapponted
Whataburger is always a great choice. They never let me down and I never have a bad experience. Sometimes it gets busy but its rarely a lone wait.
