I usually enjoy my lunch at whataburger, but today the atmosphere was off I witnessed a manger that was very polite with us I believe her name was elsa turn around and be very rude to the young ladies behind the counter.I felt so sorry and embarrassed for them! No wonder it’s so hard to keep help.

Takes forever to get food at any point in time no matter what. Drive through is atrocious. You’re lucky to be in and out of the line in 45 minutes if there’s more than one car in front of you. In the lobby it’s not much different. Staff is average and it’s typically pretty clean.

I simply do not know what they do in there at night. How can it possibly take this long with one car ahead of me? I come here often as it is the only place open 24 hours along my way. I’m sitting here at 1:43AM behind one car as I type. Just like last time. And the time before that. The doors are locked too. Isn’t the lobby always open here? I’m so confused. I genuinely want to know the routine because it is like this Every. Single. Night!

This place was absolutely awful. I’m convinced everyone working here was either dropped on their head as a baby or has been huffing air duster in the break room. Trying to get help was like yelling into a fan — loud, pointless, and just makes you question your life choices. I’ve had more intelligent conversations with Siri when she’s glitching. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting time. I’m glad my food was decent. Wouldn’t recommend this location in Amarillo.

Big Whataburger fan here. Ordered "the usual" - #5 Combo, a Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese. Waited a long time for the food to arrive. When it did, the fries were good, but my burger was slapped together in ultimate haste: everything on it was in a single pile, including the bacon, pickles, and tomatoes. And the plentiful mustard was not only between the buns, a significant amount was on the outside of the top bun. I spread everything out and the taste was awesome as usual, but... c'mon, build my burger with pride! This is Whataburger! Later, when I went to take the survey, the link did not work on my Android phone.

we ordered bacon burgers and all we got was the bacon but no hamburger pattie, an we called back the manager on duties said he made the burgers him self so he knows it was rite,but I wouldn't be writing a bad review for nothing
