We had been on the road all day wanted a hot juicy burger and we both love whataburger we went at 830 pm central time and everything was cold and stale idk if it was kids working that had a part to play in that but I won’t recommend going late at night my wife’s crispy chicken was very old. My burger patty was very dry. Fries were very cold. It was the worst experience we had.

This is the best one in Amarillo largely due to the staff. One employee stands out. J Misty who has always been courteous, polite and helpful. She always has a smile and listen’s to your needs. I recognize her voice immediately at the intercom because she just stands out. You know right away you’re in good hands when Miss Misty takes your order.

Big Whataburger fan here. Ordered "the usual" - #5 Combo, a Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese. Waited a long time for the food to arrive. When it did, the fries were good, but my burger was slapped together in ultimate haste: everything on it was in a single pile, including the bacon, pickles, and tomatoes. And the plentiful mustard was not only between the buns, a significant amount was on the outside of the top bun. I spread everything out and the taste was awesome...
