The WORST customer service! First of all I did not choose your job, you did. Placed order through the AI drive thru and it was wrong, I ended up speaking to a lady at the window who after repeating the order and me telling her what it’s actually supposed to be, she got mad, breathed heavily and rolled her eyes. Argued with me at the window. I work in customer service and I would never act that way to a customer. I told her you know what since it’s an issue then forget it and I drove off, called the manager and although she apologized and I’m explaining what happened she says “oh my God” sarcastically as I’m still talking. The most unprofessional, rudest people are employed here. Ended up at Sonic and the girl in the window was a doll! The most respectful and as sweet as could be. You people should take notes!

It’s late at night, 11:30. I have two chili cheese fries. The ladies in there seem to be on their phones. There’s a line behind me. I waited for 10 minutes before someone even came to the window.

Second time coming to this location. fries are old enough to vote. The bread for the hot dogs were very stale. Do not go to this location. I eat Weinerschnitzel almost every day I should have kept to the bell location.

I had a great experience here, the food came fast, hot, n everything was fresh. The customer service was so great, the young lady Ms. Cynthia was very friendly, n polite, will come bk again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
