They got my order wrong, asked for hot lemon and gave me lemon pepper and Apparently they took out the wings straight out of the fryer amd into my tray without letting them rinse the oil, just horrible

Food was average fair. Inside was clean. Ordered when it was quiet, and ordered a simple item. The employees gave a guarantee that the food would be out quickly. When more people entered after me, the employees let other people order and finished their food while I was still waiting for my food. I had a 30 minute lunch, and the food was out at exactly 30 minutes, making me eat the food later when it was already cold.

1. I placed an order for pick up. Cold everything. Cold traditional wings.. dried out chicken jerky on a cold dry bone! Cold sauce. No steam! No condensation on the lid. Warm boneless wings. Cold hard fries! Why am I paying $30 for a meal that is literal garbage! In the food industry… I just paid $30 for DEAD FOOD! Food that belongs in the trash not food that goes out to customers! I’m so severely disappointed! 2. I got hung up on three or four times trying to call in my complaint. Sucks sucks sucks!
ordered three combos and they didn’t give me any ranch and when I asked for some ranch some girl wanted to act like she was gonna have to charge me for it? maybe some customer service training would do them some good and a reminder that ranch comes with orders.

Wings didn’t have enough sauce they were almost plain,went to the counter to ask for sauce to put only wings and they wanted to charge me,nope I paid almost 100 bucks for 50 wings and drinks. They looked at me funny but they gave me the sauce.
