Store was very messy, fries were left out for a quite long time. Heard customers asking for new fries because theirs was cold. Manager wasn’t being nice to employees. Seasoning bowls were by the frying station. Fries weren’t very seasoned, had to ask for more seasoning to add to the fries. Previous manager had glasses on, she was very polite and had everything spotless and food was very good and well to seasoned.
I asked for lemon hot and did not get what I asked for. Food is not too great.

Every time I order here they never put plastic paper in my wing container. And on the app they say they provide self serving drink and it isn’t true. And the ranch is always warm.

Location was clean. Customer service on point. Unfortunately my order was for crispy wings got home and they were not even fully cooked. That can make people sick. Thus the reason I always ask for well done. So I called spoke with the manger and they requested i bring the wings back and they will remake the order. They did and some of them were still not well done and might I add both times the fries were cold. Customer service was on point.Store was nice and clean. Yet my food not so much. Truly sad it took all these years to get one on this part of town and the food was disappointing not once but twice.
