My family went for a post Christmas dinner and it was fantastic! The service was great, I brought my little one who is learning to use silverware and the waiter brought a spoon without any of us asking. The atmosphere was fantastic. The fountain display was great for creating a setting/atmosphere. Check it out, it tells a story! Then the food was wonderful, the chef did a great job, and my husband’s sushi roll was impressive because it was authentic. Thank you for the experience, it was our pleasure to experience it.

My wife and I decided to try Yanagi Hibachi. We took family to this new restaurant. We ordered the Chicken Hibachi with teriyaki sauce added. The salad was good, the soup was just warm and the main food was salty. When I received the bill I was surprised to see Steak Hibachi Teriyaki (6.00 more than the chicken). I asked the server and she said that there is no button for chicken hibachi teriyaki so they rang it up steak. I guess the splash of teriyaki sauce cost me 6 dollars more. We will not be back.

Absolutely loved our dinner at Yanagi Hibachi! The chef’s performance was entertaining and the food was cooked perfectly — especially the steak and shrimp. Everything came out hot and flavorful. The service was excellent, and the restaurant atmosphere felt upscale but comfortable. So happy to see a place like this open in Amarillo — we’ll be regulars for sure!

We sat at the regular dinning table and everything was amazing. The grilled squid was the best I’ve had, so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The cucumber slices topped with salmon were incredibly refreshing. We also ordered the New Zealand mussels with kabuki steak and scallops, and every dish came out back-to-back with no long waits. The absolute best part of the experience was our waitress, Sunny. She was an absolute doll! So sweet, attentive, and on top of everything the entire time. Excellent food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!
Our chef, Aldu, was so funny and sweet with my toddlers. He made the experience so fun. Will be back for the great service

from the moment we walked in, the place was exactly were we needed to be. we met our friends there for my husband's bday. we had a drink at the bar before we went to our table.ourbartender was super incredible!! a very cool guy!! then we met the cutest, sweetest girl named Sunny. she was just like her name, a ray of sunshine!! After talking with them. we sat down at out hibachi table. our waiter was incredible, the cook, our food was absolutely amazing. if your looking for a great place to eat and a really fun experience. don't miss out on this place. absolutely loved it!!!oh ,I forgot the sushi was really good as well!!

wow wow wow!! How a great fine Hibachi Dinning place!!! They have over 12 hibachi tables, also set up private rooms for parties or events which so attract me as we like to hold family gathering party. Today, I had their lunch Benton Special. It's so so so delicious, crispy dumplings, healthy California rolls… teriyaki Beef… price under $15… I love it and comeback again ~
