I came in today and ordered a Hawaiian and some pancakes, the fruit seems a little old but tasted fine. And the pancakes were delicious. Shout out to the workers for fixing their attitudes and being quick on my order

I went in two days ago, and ordered a fresas con crema and a crepe. Everything came out delicious and I’ll be recommending this place to friends. The cashier made me laugh she deserves more tips.

Mal servicio con pedidos anticipados, pedi un pastel una semana antes de la fecha, incluso fui un dia antes para confirmar, el dia de la entrega me dieron un pestel de los que hacen normalmente para venta a publico en general, su unica excusa fue que se les habia olvidado, ademas un dia fui y compre una rebanada que normalmente tienen, pues me dieron algo echado a perder porque no revisan lo que entregan a sus clientes, les comente y solo dijeron que normalmente dejan una semana en el refeigerador los pasteles, pues o sorpresa una semana es demasiado para un pastel de 3 leches, eso ya no tenia leche, mas bien parecia otra cosa, estaba biscoso, pegajoso y sabia mal, definitivamente ya no vuelvo a recomendar este lugar

When we walked the girl at the register wasn’t friendly. She seemed annoyed we walked in. My boyfriend ordered the Hawaiians and not only was it mostly cantaloupe but it was literally old, soggy, and tasted disgusting. We will not be back it’s very telling that our experience was like others in the reviews.

My mother’s strawberry dubai had a bad strawberry in the bottom of the cup it was soggy and had a pale color and tasted funky. An employee was nice enough to offer credit but the “BOSS” didnt seem to care and got upset with her employee for offering a replacement or credit for it. Never will i ever come or tell anyone to come here ever again!!! If a boss or owner really cared about her people she wouldn’t get upset or give poor customer service and poor satisfaction to her customers. i know if i was the owner i would love to make sure everything is ok and that my customers feel satisfied and cared for. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD OWNER OPERATION. also bad attitude. when someone complaints. Sorry to the employee for getting in trouble for doing her job and making sure her customer was satisfied , We appreciate you!

Employees attitudes were very non welcoming. Food was excellent but on the Hawaiian when I wanted to sub cream instead of cottage cheese was charged $2 extra even though I was already spending $9.50 for the item.
We enjoyed what we ordered, it was pretty tasty. However, we dined in and did not feel welcome. The older lady who greeted us was very sweet, however the two younger ladies attending us had a very unwelcoming demeanor. They were not friendly whatsoever nor welcoming. I have never been to a place where the environment was that uncomfortable. I did not enjoy my visit. Such a shame as I love supporting small businesses. If the environment changes I would definitely reconsider going again.

The building is always very clean and has beautiful decor! However, the employees never have a positive attitude and always seem to be annoyed that you walked in. The food isn't horrible but oftentimes it's not as good as it is advertised. They have also sold fake/rip off merchandise before. It's not necessarily a bad thing but the customers are not informed of this!

I went to the store today for the FIRST AND LAST time, I asked for prepared potatoes, the potatoes were STANDING, I had ordered a crepe and when I wanted to order another one they only made gestures, they turned to see how much mixture they had (they had little) they made it more out of strength than desire and when I wanted To pay, they told me that they didn't have change because I had to get it because they didn't even move for that. TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK, we were going to stay and eat there and we preferred to go home.(:
