This was an amazing dessert. I bought mine at the catfish festival. Don’t hesitate, she knows how to make great things. I got the one with a short bread crust on it and absolutely loved it.

Saw them at a market at the Woodlands Sportsplex yesterday… and let me tell you…. I had some of the best desserts I’ve ever had in my life!!! It was so good… following to be sure we can get some more in the future.
