This place has recently been remodeled. Its staff is well trained, friendly and it’s a fantastic place to grab some good food in a small town.

Myself & 4 other motorcyclist rode to Kotts Cafe’ in Anderson Tx. Everything was great!. Food, service, atmosphere, & desert. I’d highly recommend this place if you are in the Anderson Tx.area.

Very disappointed
Thought we would ride from the city to the country and have a homemade breakfast.
The very very young lady waiting on us was clueless about customer service.
There was a terrible smell and smoke coming from the kitchen, I don’t know what they were cleaning or doing, but it was awful.
The food was very underwhelming
Eggs were OK, what I thought would be hashbrowns ended up being frozen Tater tots out of a bag
I asked for bacon, crisp, and it was literally black
We could only eat about 1/4 of it that wasn’t burnt black
Such a disappointment thinking that a local mom and Pop restaurant would not be better than a chain like IHOP
Breakfast was expensive for what we got
Looking to try a different restaurant that is talked about well and Magnolia next

This is the second time coming here for breakfast. The first time was about a month ago. As soon as we walked in the door it was so smokey like something was burning in there. My eyes instantly started burning. I asked her why it was so smokey she said there vent stopped working. She told me she would open up a window but when she tried to open it, it wouldn't open. This was the same issue a month ago, figured it would have been fixed by now. I had ordered the breakfast plate that comes with hashbrowns and eggs and sausage. When she brought me my plate I told her I asked for hash browns not tator tots, and I was just here a month ago and they had real hash browns, she said 'Well, we changed it.' That was it. Definitely won't be going there anymore. Also there prices are pretty high.

The establishment is definitely cleaned up and newer, but the burgers while the same price essentially as the old owners are a lot smaller and doesn’t even compare flavor wise, paid $14 for what was basically a child’s burger. The original Kotts burger was always great this one I’d take McDonald’s over

The new owners have done a great job fixing up the place. It’s super clean and refreshed and the layout is much better. The food and service were excellent. I especially enjoy their breakfast but lunch is good too. Go and enjoy!
