I had promised myself that I would NOT go back to a Subway again because of the awful attitude and sorry service received in Anderson, Navasota and Pinehust/Decker Prairie Subways. The gentlemen at the Roans Prairie location are amazing. First of all they were friendly. The older man explained that he was working on an order and he would be right with us. He explained that the tea was located around the corner and he gave us our cups and said the the Checkers restaurant would get our for us. The other man was ready for us and began to take our order. He was very polite. Our sandwich tasted fresh and looked great. Great job, guys! Great job, Subway!PS. Still not going to the other Subway shops previously mentioned!

This subway is awful. Bought a supposed 6 in sub and received the smallest sandwich. Got skimped on this one guys make sure to bring your measuring tape.

Ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich with all the veggies. Got it home and took a bite. Tastes like tuna fish, and none of the veggies are washed. Won't eat it and won't buy another one. It's disgusting. If I wanted tuna, I would've gotten tuna. And why aren't the veggies washed? They taste like pesticide.

Had a pickup order tonight. They gave me chicken teriyaki instead of the new steak teriyaki I ordered and forgot 2 of my cookies. I live 20 minutes away and it's not worth the gas to go back, so I called the store a few times and noone will answer. Not happy.

In the past, we've had wonderful service and quality, but the gentlemen that works there now was very very rude, didn't listen to our order ,really just ignored us while making our sandwiches. Did not make them correctly, then just literally shoved them at us . Not a word spoken. Acted as if we were interrupting his day.Not pleased at all.
Great, friendly staff. The subs were really good and filling. I travel the extra miles to eat at this subway it's that fresh and good.

It’s a okay sandwich that they charge $17.00 for (I kid you not) or....... you can go next door get a triple meat burger, large fries, large drink, large milkshake, and some funnel cake fries for the same exact price! Do I need to spell it out for you! Y’all are thief’s not this one in particular just subway in general!
