I had promised myself that I would NOT go back to a Subway again because of the awful attitude and sorry service received in Anderson, Navasota and Pinehust/Decker Prairie Subways. The gentlemen at the Roans Prairie location are amazing. First of all they were friendly. The older man explained that he was working on an order and he would be right with us. In the past, we've had wonderful service and quality, but the gentlemen that works there now was very very rude, didn't listen to our order ,really just ignored us while making our sandwiches. Did not make them correctly, then just literally shoved them at us . Not a word spoken. Acted as if we were interrupting his day.Not pleased at all.
