While I was eating there today, I witnessed a man yell and scream at a young women cause her to break down in tears. Even as she was crying, he continued to berate her. I'm not sure if he is part of management but if he is he ought to be ashamed of himself this reflects poorly on him and the company. It was disheartening to see that the management appeared indifferent to the situation. However, I want to commend the other employees who showed compassion and went to check on the young woman.

When I received my take out order half of my order was not included, even after receiving my second portion I did not receive everything I had ordered. The sandwiches were packaged sloppy and looked thrown together last minute.

I door dash here and the food is NEVER ready on time and the people working there seem to never want to help. I am always late on my delivery which counts against me and the make you get out to get it even though the drive through is for call in orders. Hate this store

I enjoyed the time I was here at McAlisters Deli.The atmosphere is always fun and it made you feel like you belonged there. The managers are very friendly and will lighten even the gloomiest of days, the prep leader, Liz , is amazing as she works very hard to make sure the food is properly prepared for the day, She also is very fast but accurate at making sandwiches, The morning/lunch crew works very hard even when it gets busy or rushed they stay on their toes and do their very best to get orders out and in a timely manner! Kimberly Carroll should be very proud from how far she has come putting this staff together, I send my regards and wish you all the best, keep being the best at what you do and no matter how you slice it, always give your best, Together , and you will succeed!

If you’re thinking about going to McAllister’s for lunch today in Andrews, don’t do it. My husband had the French dip. The meat was too tough to eat and his macaroni and cheese was so congealed. It was disgusting. I ordered the salad and the chicken sandwich, and the chicken on the sandwich tasted like it was old. As soon as we got our food and we tasted it, we immediately got up and left. They didn’t even notice. They were all too busy talking and chatting. Usually the service is good around lunchtime, but today they completely dropped the ball. It was so bad we spent $30 and just left the food there.
