Ordered a 12 oz sirloin cooked medium, but it was VERY well done & the steak was more fat & gristle than meat! $15 for a crappy salad bar! Waitress didn’t even come back to check and ask how everything was until we were ready to leave!
Took 45 mins to get the wrong food which was cold. Then once we asked to have it boxed to just leave they were very rude and unprofessional and had the nerve to ask if we would still tip…
Never go back, unsanitary, cold food, and rude people
Wait staff and manager are terribly rude. Waitress tried charging $3.99 because my son ate “A” piece of jello from my husband’s plate. We tried taking to them about it and they were very rude and unprofessional. Steaks were not cooked the way we ordered and plates on the salad bar had old food on them still. 10/10 would not recommend!

Western Grill Steak House offers a great atmosphere with a very clean environment. The salad bar is fresh and cold, with a terrific selection and is a must-try. The friendly waitstaff is always willing to assist, although service can be hit or miss. The restaurant has been renovated but still maintains its charm and fan-favorite dishes, like amazing steaks and baked potatoes. The food is delicious, and during lunch, the buffet includes fresh options that are served hot or cold as they should be. It's reminiscent of the beloved Western Sizzlin, making it a recommended spot for anyone visiting the town. Parking is plentiful, though it fills up at lunch. The salad bar is fantastic as is the service, a friendly down home feel. Steaks were flavorful enough, but very tough and chewy. The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The fully loaded baked potato was just amazing.
