“The two gentlemen working there today were awesome and welcomed me in. I got the Westerner Sandwich, a side of fries and a drink. It seems they store fries and that they are not made as you order them. All of my fries are soft and nearly soggy. The westerner sandwich was great tasting but looks like it’s put on a hot dog bun. I would definitely wait an extra five minutes if it meant I could have crispy fries because these are undesirable. It would also be nice if the fries were made to order so we as customers don’t have to ask for that specifically, mainly because I’m not their boss and don’t want to come off as telling them what to do. That’s the irony of this review as well 😅. Still, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is delicious and they bring on that flavor is why I keep coming back !! I recommend their sliced brisket!! It’s always a meal to remember with that brisket!

Edit : I forgot to mention that one tv monitor isn’t displaying part of the menu. So I grabbed a pamphlet with the menu on it but it turns out to be from 2020. The owner commented back but said nothing about my grievances. Hopefully they’re taking them into account and try something new !“

“As always, the steak fingers did not disappoint! I just pulled up and a young man walked to the truck to take my order. 10-15 minutes later he returned with my order and to collect payment. I noticed a sign that stated they no longer have a dine-in option available.“
