Food is fine but nothing is ever ready. you wait through the drive through, order, then go into another line to wait for your food. 25 minute wait, I've never dealt with this at any other wendys or fast food place. Just losing business at this point.

Drove up to order dinner at this location because it’s what we were in the mood for. The person taking the orders at the drive thru was rude when I said hello because I couldn’t hear what they said. With a rude/sarcastic tone, they said ” I said I’ll be there with you!” There was nobody else in the drive thru! Then it took forever to get the food. Won’t order here again.

Good looking store (I was in the drive through) it was 4th of July they weren’t very very busy but we ordered , paid, & had our 4 meals in under 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh, made good, exactly what we ordered, & they gave us napkins straws and ketchup.

This is the worst Wendy’s around Permian Basin. The workers are terrible and they always take forever, even when there’s only 1 costumer. Management or owners of this place needs to do something about it.

So bad service, I just order a number 1 and they told me to wait in the parking lot. Finally after 20 mnts they bring me my order wrong, and with no ketchup because they run out of ketchup. I order Medium fries and just the package it was midium because it was only a few fries. Nasty place to go. ‼️‼️ Not Recommend ‼️‼️‼️
Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Can’t get orders right. Can’t make the burgers without being burnt. Just plain gross. People are nice for the most part at least

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Got a burger without a bun as soon as I opened thr container you could smell something was rancid, it was everything but the lettuce. That burger had to have been sitting in a warmer for most of the day the tomato was transparent and smelled so bad. If I was the owner I would be firing everyone who works the night shift they take forever, serve old food time again I will go months without eating there then have a busy week and think maybe they got better but each time is worst than the next
Dietary restrictions: I usually get a burger no bun and haven't had any cross contamination of gluten, chili is another gluten free option I usually get

Ordered a burger just to go through and be told again that they don’t have any hamburger patties only chicken and that it would be an 8$ up charge for the chicken which is insane! Anyways I just grab my food and leave make it home and open up sandwiches with more mayo than chicken and they didn’t even give me the fries! Idk who is running this store but whoever claims to be is seriously failing at there job.
