We ordered an extra cream gravy for $1.20 and worth it. I wish that we had asked for extra crispy French fries because they were not brown. Overall a great experience.

Just waited in line for 1.5 hours for legs. No discount. No apology. The worst fast food experience I have ever had.

Very slow drive thru service at lunch. Took 40 minutes. The lady working the window was very rude, didn't respond. I was charged for extra sauces for my order but they where not in the bag. I had to go back inside to get them, they double checked that I paid for them and no apologies for messing the order up or me having to come back inside. The need better staff or management.

Food was good & consistant as always. Problem was, tonight on 5/30/25, the gentleman that took my order in drive thru ABSOLUTELY INSISTED I had to tell him roll or biscuit BEFORE my sides. Was absolutely rude and I told him so ! The gentleman that served my food to me told me it was the Manager & Managers 1st night. Asked me if he changed my mood? I said he SURE DID! Honestly, I understand people can have e bad days but when your 8n the customer service industry,YOUR JOB is CUSTOMER SERBIXE & your customer is being respectful & nice

Sadly, customer service is nonexistent at this location anymore. You are treated as a bother and a nuisance. The drive thru employees are the worst. One employee just held her hand out for my card never speaking to me. I then had to ask what my total was after being told to pull around for the total. If it were only a one time situation, possibly understandable. However, its been the experience multiple times now. We haved used them for luncheons and other community events for our nonprofit organization. We will never use them again.
