Horrible wait time. I ordered through the app on my way home from work which was between Alvin and Angleton on hwy 35. Food should of been done by time I got there. And still had to wait 45 minutes. Very unacceptable and training need. No manager at the time. No store number to make direct complaint on app.

The food is fantastic. The staff not so much. Noone spoke to us for more than 5 mins after we walked in to place a togo order. Once we were spoken to it didn't take long to receive the amazingly hot food. We'll still go back, but it would be nice to be acknowledged when entering the building.

Ordered online two smokehouse chicken. The chicken is room temp even the bones. Called over 20 times no answer. On a lunch break and had no time to drive to the store or I would have. No reason for this period.

It is kinda my fault for not checking my bag but the lady just would not get my order right then pulled my around gave me the world's most burt up okra and still got my order wrong. I am guessing she wanted mashed potatoes because I wanted Mac and cheese but mashed potatoes is what I got no matter how I asked or reminded her. And for fun they do not answer the phone so you are screwed. You either eat the burnt up wrong order or have to drive all the way back to town because you sure as heck can't call. Good luck new menu same problems
