Ok. This place use to be really good. Line the hidden gem hole in the wall place. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Maybe it’s how they do it. But I got a few small meatballs and just the sauce that the meatballs were cooked in, like it was not enough sauce to cover the noodles. My husband got spaghetti with meat sauce and his was covered. Maybe that’s just their recipe. I use to be a waitress, I know how tips work and if I’m going to tip I usually do it in cash and...
Food was good, prices about average and the service was OK. The Calazone was great but had very little meat, and was mostly bread and cheese. The Catalonia and stuffed mushrooms were also good. Servings are small for the Catalonia & mushrooms.
I have lived in Angleton for years and never thought to eat here, the outside looked a little outdated lol. I decided to finally give it a try because you can sometimes find some of the best food in places like this… I’m so glad we gave it a try.. affordable, delicious and local. Don’t knock it till you try it!
