I really like my local Jack in the Box. But, you can't even eat there. The AC is always broken. I really feel sorry for the employees that show up to work in that heat. It's a horrible work environment for them!

We went through the drive throught and it didn't take long but when we got our food we were already gone and they had got the order right but the problem was the fries were RE-WARMED and they didn't have any salt and the drink were absolutely horrible! The coke tasted like it had been just sitting there for hours upon hours and we got another one and it tasted like it was expired we also got two root beers for the kids and they both tasted like they were flat they also tasted like water the burger buns were sauced too much and to go along with the fries they tasted like they were dipped in water then warmed up again and the grilled cheese is over cooked and un-edible and a tip future reference ADD KID STRAWS FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!

Definitely glad we found this place. The vibes are cool, the weekly events seem cool. We came an evening with a live community band and that was really pleasant.

Sat at drive thru ordering station for a good 15 minutes and no one came on the speaker. I drove up to the window and not a soul in sight. Waited for a few minutes before parking and going in. Mind you, NO ONE else is in the restaurant but us and the workers. Order took 25 minutes receive. First and last time here!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I could rate this store 0 stars I would gladly do so. I pre-ordered food online then I received the confirmation which said would be ready in 7-9 minutes so then I waited a minute to go to the speaker to confirm my order. There was nobody in the drive thru so a part of my order had a drink and 15 minutes literally I finally got my drink and food. Whilst waiting for my food I noticed there was a cook and the cashier so I was getting irritated with waiting that long looking through to make sure all my food was in the bag my fries weren't hot whatsoever, my burger was DRY like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a good while but yet the tacos were a little fresh feeling. Tell me WHY the hell it took so long and none of it tasted fresh?! So you BETCHA I sat my happy butt in the drive thru and took my time looking through my bag and sat and ate what I could eat. I AM DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE. 000000 STARS FOR YOU LAZY PEOPLE.

I had to leave at least one star but I honestly don't even give them one star! I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered the smash jack combo. (Looks like a big mac) And when I got home it was a regular single meat burger) so I went back across town and they fixed it no problem. Figured it would be right since I pointed to the burger and then got back home for the second time. The food was for my dad and when he got ready to eat, the damn burger was still wrong! It was a bacon double and the regular smash jack has an extra piece of bread in it just like a big mac and no bacon. Plus it has sauce. It was still totally wrong!! My dad isn't even supposed to have bacon but it was so melted into the cheese. Plus they gave us back the same cold fries. This location has gone totally downhill. That meal was $15 and we're never going back there. Be careful at the angleton location.

Seems like they changed the meat or how they cook it for the tacos which i used to love and now I've tried multiple locations now and multiple times and the tacos just suck and tastes like they use old grease maybe
