Manager or the shift leader, whoever, was just in the back pretending to hide behind some oven pans while talking and laughing with another employee while I was standing, waiting to be helped. Front Desk was on Driver thru and he was backed up.

The guy manning the oven had to step away from that to come help me while whoever was in charge was goofing off.

I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza and I ordered extra sauce. This pizza is supposed to have over 100 pieces of pepperoni on it. The pizza may have had at best 75 pieces and looked quite empty from the picture that Little Ceasars shows advertising the pizza. I sent a pic of the pizza I received and a pic of what the pizza was supposed to be on your online menu. The sauce nor the pepperoni went to the edge and there certainly was NOT extra sauce on the pizza. Greatly...

Shout out to the hard-working people working there today, Jackson, George, Luis, and Maria. Lines were wrapped around the place, and i still received service with a smile, and they were very polite. Even though an oven was down, the wait time was reasonable. Good was hot and good. Thank you!
