Bite into my burger it was completely light pink in the middle. I showed the worker he said “yeah that’s raw” and said they would give me a new one. As I’m waiting the cook comes walking out telling me that it wasn’t raw bc all the burgers are cooked at the same temp no matter what, pretty much calling me a liar . Said some lady said the same thing the day prior after eating her whole burger & just wanted a new one. Almost refusing to make me a new one. I told him I gave the entire burger back to the worker and I only bite it and spit it out and he proceeded to get loud shaking his head all aggressive as in I had done something wrong.. never ever ever ever again.. my 3 year old wanted to run around the play space they had there. Was going to eat inside but every single table was dirty. The sweet tea was sour. A homeless guy camping out in the play space , walking back and fourth past us made us feel very uncomfortable.

NEVER go inside. They have no one actually tending to customers. You’ll see your food sitting on their counter for 5 min trying to wave down and beg someone to see you. They will walk right past you and do nothing. Bad management.

This location is always very slow. The wait is ridiculous. My recommendation is to check your order before leaving the drive thru. They always forget something.

I got a 20 piece nuggets for my dogs as a treat dinner. They were busy but everything was fast and perfect. Servers were very kind and polite (Drive Thru).

Best McDonald’s I have ever been to as far as customer service goes. Kudos to the staff on shift tonight. Especially the lovely lady up front with the red shirt and black cardigan.

The manager that was on shift on 2/17 at 8:30 am provided piss poor service to Aunt. An employee refused to assist customers with the kiosk and actually forced customers to use a kiosk instead of helping with orders at the register. This resulted in my aunt ordering the wrong amount of pancakes.
Accepting the mistake. My aunt had to make three attempts to get the attention of the employee, which turned out to be the manager to provide her with creamer and sugar. When the manager was confronted about her behavior and lack of acknowledgment of the customer. She shoved the sugar and creamer in her hand and then proceeded to repeat to an employee in front of the customer (my aunt) ," I guess she expecting sugar."
The behavior was observed with two other customers and unexceptable, especially in an industry such as food. We will be reporting to this to the district office since it was the manager who displayed and promotes such despicable behavior to customers. My aunt and the rest of the family will be making point to go elsewhere for our McDonald needs when in Angleton, even if that means driving to Lake Jackson.

I am not sure who the big stocky woman thought she was this morning, but this place needs to find a new manager who knows how to treat people. The way she treated my aunt and a couple of other guest were unacceptable. If you do not like your job or do not want to do your job this individual definitely needs to find a different place of employment. Rudeness in any environment is unacceptable especially in customer service. The laughing and belitting of a guest is wild, especially when they are being polite toward the employed. This McDonald's should really have a 0 star rating, because the 3 stars is too generous for the behavior that took place this morning. I will be sure to contact the district, regional manager, who needs to know who they are putting in charge at their front lines.

The drive through receptions seemed to be totally lost when it came to her taking my order. So, I decided to drive up to the drive through window once there I had to wait approximately 2 minutes as she entered something on her computer screen. The service was totally unpleasant.
