Tacos are good. Not bad but Nothing to rave about either. In the end, It makes a turd. Their hours seem to change just depending on when they want to show up some days though. Especially Saturday it seems. Today for instance I guess it’s 7am from what the sign on the window read. Next Saturday it might be 8am….who knows. It would be nice for some consistency or at least for the hours on Google to be correct though.

$11.25 for a taco off a taco trailer? Ha! No menu posted. Windows tinted so dark you can’t see in. Taco fell apart.

The hippo was very good. Also ordered the carne asada. Both had salsa verde which was very spicy but delicious and creamy. Husband and I liked the hippo.
The last two times I ordered they were not correct despite watching the young lady writing the order correctly, very disappointed and sad that I paid for but could not eat my hippo

Great breakfast tacos and salsa! Just need to open earlier for plant workers! I catch it open early sometimes on my way home from working nights at 5 but usually not and I have to settle for second best

Picked up some Hippos Saturday morning was as good as ever. So my wife and I went back for Lunch on Monday when I rained out. Good food great service and loved the new location. Will be back
