Bought a old fashioned cinnamon roll. It was old, dry, and hard. Went back to return it. Cashier gave me a hard time about exchanging it. Accused me of eating half of it. Very rude! Next time I will go to Rocks or Dot to Dot. Better products, fresh, and better service

Unfortunately, my experience at Shipley’s this morning wasn’t great. I ordered a dozen glazed donuts and some cheese kolaches, but both were served cold. On top of that, when I got my order, the cashier didn’t return my credit card or receipt until I had to ask for them. It was a disappointing visit. dont go here if you're looke for quality.
