Some of the stalls are inoperable and have been for a long time and there is no signage as to which ones are not working. I would think this is a very easy fix, but convenience and ease of service don't seem to be a priority for this establishment. Kind of backward for a fast-food restaurant.

overall I have no complaints about this location except for one. Twice now I have ordered the breakfast toaster anticipating the Texas toast, egg and cheese and sausage. However, on both occasions the bread used was thin sliced loaf bread, tough and dry. This IS NOT the product advertised. Same price charged for not the advertised sandwich.

If I could, you would have gotten 0 stars! The person taking the order couldn’t get it right, not even close! How does orange juice and root beer sound alike?? We ended up leaving without finishing the order! Horrible horrible!

Just got a super sonic breakfast burrito which I order without the jalepenos. When I took it out of the bag the wrapper was wrinkled as if it had ben used befote. The burrito which in the past has been freshley made was barely warm. The ingredients were cool and the cheese was hard indicating this product had ben made for quite a while. There was no salsa in the bag. Very disappointing. Probably will not go back to thi Sonic
