Went in to order a sanwich, was told could only get discounts if we ordered on line. We sat down, downloaded the app, just clicked on sandwich then checked out. I figured we could just customize at the counter since we were already there. Told her we wanted herb cheese bread, she argued that the order said wheat, then told her to add honey mustard she caught an attitude because order said mayo. Asked her to toast it, she argued with us about toasting it because it wasn’t on the order even pointing at receipt saying “it’s not on here”. We told her to add black olives & jalapeños, again she snapped it’s not on here. The two women working were incredibly rude & acted like we were inconveniencing them. We were the only customers in the store. We’re older & just trying to see on the app to order was difficult. I didn’t realize it would be such a big deal to make any changes. The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible. I will not be returning to this store ever again. I imagine y’all don’t care though.

Every time I have been to this location it has not been very crowded. It is quiet and clean. My order was prepared quickly.

Vegetarian options: There is a veggie sub and salad options

Dietary restrictions: They offer salads and bunless options

Parking: The parking is off of a dead end street so very easy to get in and out.

Kid-friendliness: There are kids options on the menu

Wheelchair accessibility: There are the normal accommodations for wheelchairs

I had the most frustrating experience with an online order recently. When I got to the store, none of my sandwiches had been made, and to top it off, there was just one staff member there because the other had to run an errand. Not only were our sandwiches wrong, but we also didn't receive the cookies we ordered. When I called to get a refund for the cookies, they answered the phone, but it seemed like they were more interested in chatting with their friends who showed up.
