I have been here often and the menu is tasty or spicy and in between. Small dining room, also drive through. We stop any time we are in town. We even make special trips just to dine in.

Place has really gone downhill foodwise. The service is always outstanding, but never get the food how you ask for it.
We went for breakfast, ordered the pancake combo with crispy hash browns and extra crispy bacon. Neither were anywhere close to crispy. My hot chocolate was more like lukewarm chocolate. The stuff wasnt even fully dissolved. I was surprised when the lady asked if we wanted it with milk or water, that actually made me glad, no where else will ask. The waffle was made right with chocolate chips like asked, but it wasnt cooked all the way either. The sausage for the biscuits and gravy, isnt breakfast sausage. It’s almost like the sausage used for a pizza topping (beef i believe). Really disappointed in the food recently, and sad to say we probably wont return again. Ended up putting the rest down for the dog, and she wont even eat it.

I've gone by 2 times this week because my wife loves the strawberry avocado salad with chicken. My daughter and I love their cheese burgers. The chicken strips are awesome too.

This is a hamburger patty from Picket Fence too in Angleton friday night. It was a pick up order. It was burned to a crisp and so dry it was in pieces. I had to throw it in the trash. I can't believe they would serve something like this. I will have to say this is the worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant. I texted pictures and they still haven't responded. I have always had a good experience with both restaurant's in the past

I mainly go for their humongous cheese cake VERY reasonable priced! Poblano soup was extremely watered down not as thick as when this place 1st opened in Angleton. Must of changed cooks & getting cheap on the rations of over priced small soup!

I used to love coming here but recently it has really gone downhill. Not sure why. The girls who work here seem like they don’t care and they are very rude. We ordered breakfast croissant sandwiches once and ordered turkey, they gave us bacon on both. Didn’t realize until we had driven home. Last night we went and I ordered a small Italian pasta salad. It’s supposed to come with tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, pepperoni, salami, cubed cheese… they literally just threw pasta drenched in Italian dressing in a container and gave that to a paying customer. So over trying to give this place a chance. Don’t waste your time and it it way overpriced for these kind of mistakes and service.
