On Saturday my husband ordered 3 plates of food and had to go back 3 times because the order was never given correctly. Israel served us but the service was very bad. My husband was very angry but we decided to go back again, this time it was super different it was worse, I really don't know how they let the employees smoke in the bathroom, my husband went into the bathroom and there he found 2 employees smoking. The one who was in the bathroom was the person who was going to cook my steak, I don't know he's name, and the other one is Israel, sorry but I can't stay with that. I don't recommend...

We eat here five to seven times a year. It's mostly good. Sometimes, the RANCH POTATOES seem old/brown (maybe they cook them in the fryer). The Brisket is usually a 7 of 10. Not great, but still pretty good. The AC sux, The kids behind the counter don't know or don't care (normal). There seldom a wait.

When I order a brisket from Texas I'm thanking falling off the bone this is like steak how do u call this a brisket is that why the pull pork is always gone bc that's the only tender thang like cmon it's taxas dude Michigan is better then this and for 14 dollars 15 minutes is to short for a brisket if ur willing to put a brisket out on ur menu make it good not for the money thanks

finally tried this place out today and I'm so disappointed I haven't been in sooner! the staff was awesome and the food was phenomenal!

Food was super good, but the girl who took our order Maggie i believe her name was, was EXTREMELY rude and had a horrible attitude and a terrible glaring problem. didnt greet us and got our meat wrong! we were the only people that didn't get a welcome or a goodbye, but she said welcome in and goodbye to 3 other groups? Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a nice dinner with my dad. i get better service at mcdonalds:)
