wild west has gone down hill. the place was dirty. tables were all full of empty dishes. ribs taste like they were done in the oven. sides were old and over cooked. the drink was the only thing ok. very disappointed.

Picked up an order and was disappointed once I got home, I ordered a brisket plate and servings were very small for $16. Was not given bbq sauce either.

I specifically asked for a loaded potato with all ingredients in it and listed the ingredients. I got a potato with meat and sauce. I paid $22 for my potato alone. They took my payment only to after Tell me they didn’t have the drink I was asking for. I have been to this exact location for years and this is the most pathetic experience I’ve ever had. Price gouging 100% Oh, and also, I called after to ask about the situation and the employee answered the phone and didn’t talk.
