We eat here five to seven times a year. It's mostly good. Sometimes, the RANCH POTATOES seem old/brown (maybe they cook them in the fryer). The Brisket is usually a 7 of 10. Not great, but still pretty good. The AC sux, The kids behind the counter don't know or don't care (normal). There seldom a wait.
The dining experience did not align with my expectations. The pork ribs were unexpectedly dry and lacking in juiciness, and the brisket was underwhelming in terms of flavor and taste. However, the macaroni and cheese and sweet potatoes were outstanding. The baked potato was flavorful, though not the best I've had. I went through the drive through so I’m not able rate the atmosphere.
