Wings Over Texas Angleton

They are my to go place for wings. They have a variety of food and I haven't had nothing but good food and great service.

We tried this for the first time tonight. First time my husband could not finish his wings. They are Big! We love the crunchy wing. Onion rings are great! And the burgers are fresh meat and huge!. We highly recommend oh and a great menu with plenty of choices!

Wings Over Texas is a hidden gem in the middle of a strip mall here in Angleton, but don’t let the location fool you—this family-owned spot serves some of the best food in Brazoria County.

We started with chips, salsa, and queso—the queso alone deserves a shoutout because it was hands-down the best in the county. Then came the sampler appetizer, a true fry fest, but unlike other places, everything was perfectly cooked. Nothing was overdone or dry, the batter had great flavor, and every bite was just right.

My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and it was massive—we had to take half home, and it was still delicious reheated in the microwave. The fries were out of this world: crispy, flavorful, and so good they didn’t need ketchup. I chose the homemade chips, and let me tell you, they put Buc-ee’s to shame—light, crunchy, and full of flavor.

Our kids loved their meals too. The cheeseburger sliders were juicy, with buttery toasted rolls that melted in your mouth. My son had the chicken fried chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes, and it was easily better than anything we’ve had at the big-name restaurants in the area.

Food was good just make sure to ask about sauces. Mine was hot and it wasn’t completely clear about that otherwise a good experience.
