Use to love Wingstop when they first opened food was always tasty and hot didn’t mind that it took long for our order because food was always made right but my family and I have had the worst experience food was nasty and fries were cold wings weren’t made right and the tenders were soggy this oath 2nd time this has happened very disappointed and definitely will not be going back they have theses young cooks that just don’t take pride in there job very sad once a good restaurant now it’s horrible.

ordered food at 11:30, which i understand is kind of annoying BUT i arrived at 11:50 which is when it said my order would be ready. we did order extra crispy fries but it has now been OVER AN HOUR so they’re closed and they’re saying they’re waiting on our fries??? well done fries do not take an hour. people came in after me at 11:58 and have received their food before me. do not waste your time here because it would take less time to get your order by going to lake jackson

It took 45 minutes to get my order. It had been sitting on the rack all that time. Then I get home and they were not well done. As I had asked The wings were soggy and not crispy at all even though I asked for Well done. I wasn't able to get my fountain drink because they were working on the machine and it was going to take a while is what the girl said. I actually live closer to a different Wingstop and decided to go to this one because I've never had an issue before. This time was a disappointment

Got a delivery order and let the manager know that my last order was messed up. He didn’t tell me his name but he did what he said he would, fixed my order and made sure my new one wasn’t ruined. That’s rare in customer service these days and I appreciate it!
Make sure they get your order right at the check out because if not you will be left sitting here with the remainder of your food getting cold while they fix the rest

Take Out it was a few minutes after 6pm February 14 2024 the cashier was rude when I asked how long will take she said we very busy, I saw her push my ticket back and other customers that order after me were getting their food before me so when I went to asked the other employee who was had a cold was coughing in between the wall with out washing her hands and nobody was wearing gloves or hair nets , food all over the floor in kitchen floors the cashier she was touching her face, but I feel like she's wearing her hair down with a cap touching money and getting the bags of food the crooks were touching the food with their hand s only when I just stood up and standing waiting for my more the 35 minutes they need to be retaining and better management and food was Cold very upset
