The last 2x we got food at this place, something was missing or wrong. This time we had half of an order missing (20 wings) and a few wings were dried out and unbeatable. Last time for this place! Guess it will be Lake Jackson for good wings from now on. It's about 20 more miles away but damn well worth the trip.

Take Out it was a few minutes after 6pm February 14 2024 the cashier was rude when I asked how long will take she said we very busy, I saw her push my ticket back and other customers that order after me were getting their food before me so when I went to asked the other employee who was had a cold was coughing in between the wall with out washing her hands and nobody was wearing gloves or hair nets , food all over the floor in kitchen floors the cashier she was touching her face, but I feel like she's wearing her hair down with a cap touching money and getting the bags of food the crooks were touching the food with their hand s only when I just stood up and standing waiting for my more the 35 minutes they need to be retaining and better management and food was Cold very upset

I usually love this location, but today wasn't good. When ordering was told I couldn't get my wings well done, because it was "Superbowl Sunday" cool no worries, finally get my food and it's ice cold. ? I literally ordered and waited for it, and it was still cold.

Every single time I have came here it has taken at least 30 mins to get my food . I ordered ahead last night online and still waited for almost 45 mins for my food. I’m extremely disappointed and irritated with the situation. For the amount it costs , I feel the service should be so much better. The employees didn’t seem to care much. People came in after me and ordered at the counter and got their food and left before me. Will not come back here again.

There food is good but they didn't include ranch and charged me $1.60 for 2 1/2 tablespoons worth of ranch. How greedy can you be? If it wasn't for there greed they would have gotten 5 star's.Lesson learned im going to buffalo wild wings from now on during lunch to get fresh wings.

I'm appalled i just witnessed while picking up our dinner The kitchen guy is handling raw chicken with his bare hands throwing the chicken in the baskets than opening the walk in with the same chicken hands and opening the bags with chicken hands. Cross contamination all over this place.

I called and ordered the all in bundle 30 minutes prior to showing up after i get here they are all chit chatting in the back and not making any food i tell them im here for a pickup and they all look clueless and come to find out they havent even started making my food. Terrible service.
