Delicious and tender. Seriously, the brisket is amazing and my hubby says the ribs are too. They are at the church on 5 between Melissa and Anna every Saturday. Better than most of the restaurant barbeque you get around here. You should definitely give it a try.
Had the privilege of meeting the crew for Armadilla BBQ last night. After a long hot day we got to try their brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Absolutely wonderful food. The brisket was tender with a great flavor. Loved the BBQ sauce! Aside from the great meal, we met great people and that is a HUGE plus. If you have tried them, you’re missing out.
After seeing their airstream trailer on the side of Hwy 5 many times, I decided to stop! Glad I did!! Great conversation with friendly folks topped off by delicious Q! Highly recommend you stopping by and saying hello and trying their food!
