I got a strawberry shortcake ice cream cake to bring to a friend’s house earlier this evening. The staff was helpful But the cake turned out to be old and bad taste. It was a very pricey cake and I feel bad to bring a bad tasting dessert to a friend’s house.

Was greeted by the sweetest girls, they all were so cheerful and helpful even though my order was quite difficult. Very attentive to allergies and best ice cream I’ve had in Anna so far. Store and Bathrooms are also very clean.

So unnecessarily expensive and if you’ve never been to a cold stone before, it was hard to understand all the different varieties in terms of sizing & what bowls you’re allowed. My boyfriend wanted his ice cream in a regular cone but they told him he could only get a waffle cone for the signature creations. I got mine in a cup and for the both of us it was almost $20.

Employees acted like we were interrupting something when we came in (we were the only customers in the store). Maybe they were surprised they had business? Either way, they were all grouped together when we walked in and then split apart the second we approach to the counter and all watched us as we decided on the order. It was slightly unnerving.We had planned on eating in the building, but there was a weird smell. That, plus the unfriendliness of the staff, pushed us to take our ice cream to go.Ice cream was classic chain store ice cream. No complaints on flavor.
Everyone is nice. The bathroom is EXTREMELY clean. This makes it an easy decision if i wanted to dine in (unlike Braums...ewwww)... My to go orders were correct 95% of the time.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. We came here a few months ago and the place smelled like chemical cleaner. After getting ice cream we noticed it also tasted like cleaner. My wife called an spoke to someone who we thought was the owner an they didnt seem to care much. We eventually went back last week since the Allen location is temporarily closed an low an behold the same thing. The ice cream was disgusting and taste like cleaner again, and we threw it away. I dont recommend this location at all. I cant wait for Allen's location to open back up.

Experienced horrible employee etiquette from the girl making my ice cream, I believe her name was Cam… She was busy chatting it up with her friends and when reminded to help out her fellow coworkers she started to become demanding towards her coworkers acting like she owned the place and that is something i would not have in my establishment, she also needs to be retrained with what PPE she should be wearing, When she grabbed my cone for my birthday cake remix she was not wearing gloves, I’m very disappointed with the lack of respect and awareness of this employee.
