Einstein Bros. Bagels is a restaurant where the food and drinks are consistently lovely. The bagels are top notch, absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, and perfectly baked. The sandwiches are elevated because of the supreme ingredients. Specific items like the muffins are by far the best, noted as being so moist, and the pillowy and cheesy hash brown muffin thingy is so yummy. For drinks, the cold brew is delicious, strong, and sweet, and the iced latte with a little milk is also a favorite. The restaurant even offers dog bagels, which furry friends devour and love.
The service is generally great and excellent, with staff often described as cheerful, kind, and sweet. Employees frequently create a positive vibe, make customers feel taken care of even on busier days, and can provide a WOW experience that changes a person's whole day. However, on at least one occasion, a staff member seemed a bit put off and annoyed by customers, making the atmosphere feel slightly unwelcoming.
