The only staff member working didn’t speak a word to us the whole time even while we were placing our order. She then proceeded to hide herself away in the back after we checked out without even bothering to scoop the ice cream we ordered. Weird and super rude experience to say the least. Apart from the rude staff, it was also grossly dirty in there. Definitely would not recommend

Cute place! Amazing ice cream and it smells like heaven inside. A little pricey but I guess that’s the way of it all now. The gentleman behind the counter was nice enough… for an ice cream joint lol.

One single dip of ice cream in a plastic clear cup with a .50 tip cost $6.10. This is more than a whole container down the road at any of the grocery stores. The atmosphere did nothing to help make up for the price as we wanted to take our kids to an upbeat ice cream shop in town but were met with the staleness of a back room of a retail shop.

Frustrating experience. Walked in after working in the yard for a nice cool treat with our golden doodle puppy in my arms and was immediately told “no dogs, this is a food establishment” with a dirty look and a head shake. I left to go to the car with our puppy and my GF stuck behind to grab a cup of ice cream. While sampling, the rude attitude from behind the counter continued and the condescending comments and tone to her will absolutely be the reason we never return. You are treated with more respect and kindness at the Coldstone in the strip center next door. Save your money..support local businesses that EARN and DESERVE your patronage and not those who act entitled to it. Negative five stars here.

I stopped by this ice cream shop after returning from Sherman, hoping to support a local business in Anna. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The man behind the counter, who seemed to be the owner, appeared annoyed and unwilling to help. While I struggled with my two kids to pick some flavors, I smiled at him for assistance, but he just stood there with an angry expression and said nothing. Frustrated, I told my kids we'd go to Melissa instead, where we've always had better service. * We work hard for our money, and when we choose to support a local business, we expect at least a welcoming attitude. A little kindness goes a long way.

I came here this evening with my two kiddos. As soon as we entered, we were not greeted, the guy who served us was didn’t have a pleasant inviting interaction when ordering and asking for 2 flavor samples. I dined in with my children and immediately noticed a different in his interactions with other customers that came in and noticed he tossed my receipt and didn’t ask if i wanted mine like he did others. When i asked him about this he got bothered and then said the screen prompted for a receipt ( which it didn’t ) and then handed my my receipt without acknowledging me again and greeted another customer. Doesn’t seem to be a pleasant place or maybe he doesn’t like black customers ??♀️. Our server was a bald guy with tattoos.
